** We reserve the right to adjust room rental rates for the Tea Room (Private Party room) during holidays or periods of high demand. **

Room Rental Cancellation and Refund Policy 

If you have already booked and you need to cancel your party/reservation and it is less than 30 days from your event = NO REFUNDS GIVEN

If you cancel 31 or more days before your event, we will refund 50% of the amount paid

When booking a private party, you're not restricted to ordering a full tea tower or all the items on it. You can customize your menu based on what you prefer, and if there are specific items you'd like to include, Pattea Lou's can accommodate you! Please visit the Catering menu for a complete list of items we serve. ** NO OUTSIDE FOOD ALLOWED THIS IS THE ONLY EXCEPTION - you may bring a cake in for the celebration. Final Menu Selection must be made 7 days prior to event.

If you're open to sharing the Tea Room with other guests, a $30 deposit per person is required. This deposit will be applied to your final bill.

Please note, everyone in the Tea Room must purchase a tea tower and have a seat. Guests are not permitted to enter the Tea Room to take pictures or watch without a reserved seat, as space is limited.

Children’s Policy for the Safety and Comfort of All Guests

For the safety of all our guests and staff, we kindly request that children refrain from running around the tea room or café. Children aged 10 and under must be accompanied by an adult when visiting the restroom or café.
